Up to this point, we have covered the key leadership theories and models and how they are manifested in leader behaviors. You have also had an opportunity to complete the required reading from the Kouzes and Posner text, The Leadership Challenge, where the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership were covered in-depth. For this discussion, reflect on your leadership practice in the context of the Five Practices and Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadership found on page 24 of the Kouzes and Posner text (2017) and address the following:

1. Briefly describe the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership.
2. Discuss alignments between your personal leadership practice and the Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadership proposed on page 24 of the Kouzes and Posner textbook.
3. Discuss gaps between your personal leadership practice and the Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadership proposed in the textbook.
4. Describe the changes that will potentially close gaps and create stronger alignments within your leadership practice.
